This legendary creation features an egg-battered poblano pepper packed with molten Monterey Jack cheese, earthy refried beans, and pico de gallo, all wrapped in a warm, handmade flour tortilla. The tortilla is cooked on a griddle and then filled—not stuffed—with slivers of sweet poblano peppers and gooey cheese. For those seeking a different experience, the Chicharron Burrito offers crunchy pork cracklings swaddled in a tortilla with beans and pico de gallo.
